Stand-up comedian Neel Nanda passes away at the age of 32 just days after celebrating his birthday - Times of India

Comedian Neil Nanda died shortly after celebrating his 32nd birthday, as his manager, Greggways, told the media. Details of the date and cause of Mr Nanda’s death have been deliberately withheld at the request of his family and girlfriend.
Speaking to USA TODAY, Weiss said: “My client has been around for over 11 years. Neil was (not only) a great comedian (but) a good friend and a fantastic person.”

The announcement of his death came as a shock Nanda He recently celebrated his birthday by headlining a comedy club in Toronto.

On Instagram, the comedian also promoted his show at Toronto’s Jokers Theater and Comedy Club as part of his “Birthday Weekend.” On December 8, he posted, “I’m spending my birthday in Canada this year… this is a true story… see you soon in Toronto @ jokers905club December 15th and 16th.”
The Joker’s Theater and Comedy Club mourned the “loss of a brilliantly funny soul”. The club said, “On behalf of our entire Jokers team, please accept our deepest sympathies as we mourn the loss of a wonderful funny soul.
