Russia accuses Ukraine of attacking Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant - Times of India

In response, Andriy Asov, a spokesman for Ukraine’s HUR Main Intelligence Directorate, denied any involvement and blamed the attacks on the plant on the Russians.
The IAEA, which has experts on site, confirmed a single fatality and underlined the seriousness of the incident. The head of the agency, Rafael Grossi, expressed concern over direct attacks on the plant’s critical infrastructure.
The Zaporizhzhia plant has six reactors with Soviet-designed technology and contains uranium-235. While some reactors are in shutdown mode for maintenance, others continue to operate. T
