Police are now examining CCTV footage from nearby areas to find out how the suspects got there.

The Delhi Police found a letter addressed to the Israeli ambassador from near the Israeli embassy on Tuesday evening in connection with the ‘bomb’ call. “A letter has been written to the Israeli embassy in English using threatening words. The name of the group written on the letter is Sir Allah Resistance,” sources said.

Police are currently investigating the letter and details have not been released yet.
Israeli embassy spokesman Guy Nair confirmed that a loud explosion was heard in a nearby area around 5 p.m. “Yes, there has been an incident. We are still not sure what exactly it is… Police and our security team are investigating the matter,” Nair told reporters.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry said that no embassy staff was injured in the incident and that Indian and Israeli agencies are cooperating in the investigation.
“All our diplomats and workers are safe. Our security teams are working in full cooperation with the local security in Delhi,” said Deputy Chief of Mission Ohad Naqash Kenner.
