Interestingly, these pay revision letters were sent just a day before Infosys’ ‘Stellar Week Culture Carnival’ event, scheduled to take place on December 16.
An Infosys spokesperson was not available when contacted for comment.

It is worth noting that the company had earlier delayed the announcement of compensation reviews, which are usually conducted in June with retrospective effect from April 1. An annual increase was being actively considered.
