 Excise policy case: ED summons Arvind Kejriwal for third time, asked to appear on January 3 | India News - Times of India

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate has issued a fresh summons. Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal for questioning on January 3 in connection with money laundering probe related to excise policy.
This is the third notice for Kejriwal, who is also its national convener. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). He previously refused to appear before the federal agency on November 2 and December 21.
Currently engaged in a Vipassana meditation course, CM Kejriwal, in response to the second summons, told the investigating officer that his personal appearance notice was ‘not in accordance with law’ and requested that it be withdrawn.
