 Delhi high court reserves order in Sanjay Bhandari case | India News - Times of India

New Delhi: A Court of Delhi On Wednesday, it reserved its order on the notice point on a supplementary charge sheet filed in a Money laundering case On fugitive arms dealer Sanjay Bhandari and others, reports Vineet Upadhyay.
Special Judge Nilufar Abida Parveen, while reserving the order, fixed December 21 to issue an order summoning the two businessmen as accused in the case. The ED submitted before the court that in the latest charge sheet, CC Thampi based in UAE and two businessmen based in UK have been arrested. Sumit Chadha is the latest accused in the case.
Bhandari is said to be a close associate of Robert Vadra, who is on anticipatory bail in the case. According to the prosecution, Bhandari had bought properties in London on commission, allegedly with Vadra as the beneficial owner.
